The Role:

Chief of Staff

intense, high-responsibility position

Responsibilities:

• Own multi-million dollar customer relationships as the primary point of contact, ensuring delivery excellence and long-term growth.
• Drive new sales by building relationships with prospective customers and closing strategic accounts.
• Run the operations of large-scale projects, from designing creative solutions to executing delivery to handling contracts (with a no-task-beneath-you mentality).
• Grow and strengthen our contributor network, scaling reach, quality, and engagement across India and globally.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across product, sales, and strategy, identifying high-impact opportunities and turning them into results.
• Partner directly with leadership on strategic priorities, creating clarity where none exists and ensuring execution.
  

What Were Looking For:

• 5 to 10 years of experience

  in high-intensity environments (early-stage startups, consulting, banking, or other forms of investing)
• Top university background preferred (IIT, IIM, ISB, or equivalent).
• Proven ability to

  own and scale projects end-to-end

  , ideally in startup or founder/operator roles.

• Entrepreneurial mindset

  : you've built something before (a startup, community, etc.) or see this role as preparation for doing so.
• Strong

  generalist operator skill set

  , comfortable moving between customer relationships, operations, product, and sales.
• Independent, ambitious, and resilient, with the drive to thrive in ambiguity and intensity.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of everyday workflows to operate faster and smarter.
