Chief Medical Officer (Physiotherapist)

As the Chief Medical Officer (Physiotherapist) at MPC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the clinic operations and staff duties. Your responsibilities will include managing both the clinical and management aspects of the clinic, developing procedures to ensure optimal patient care, and handling the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff members. Your role will also involve managing internal and external communications, addressing queries about the clinic, and ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly. This includes setting up patient appointments, tracking records, and maintaining compliance with healthcare rules, safety guidelines, and regulations. In addition, you will be responsible for budgeting, inventory management, and addressing patient concerns to create a positive environment within the clinic. You will design and implement business strategies to meet organizational goals, assign tasks to staff members, and develop protocols to enhance staff productivity. To succeed in this role, strong leadership skills are essential to motivate and assist the staff, effective communication skills are required to interact with both staff and patients, and problem-solving abilities are crucial for addressing various challenges that may arise. Managing patient care, organizational skills, and attention to detail are also key qualities needed to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic. This is a full-time position with a 9-hour workday and a 6-day work week. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role and be located in Bandra West.
