Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business growth and achieve/surpass targets for fund mobilization, IFA empanelment, and new investor acquisition.
Ensure profitability by managing growth, expenses, and operational efficiency.
Lead, motivate, train, and manage the sales team to deliver high performance.
Develop regional business strategies aligned with market dynamics and UFC objectives.
Maintain strong relationships with institutions, HNIs, and non-individual distributors.
Organize investor meets, agent meetings, and participate in financial fairs.
Conduct regular training and knowledge sessions to keep IFAs and staff updated on products and markets.
Oversee timely fund collection, proper infrastructure usage, and branch administration.
Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory norms; manage operational risk controls.
Set quarterly performance goals for RMs and monitor progress.
Coordinate with investor services and back-office teams to ensure service quality and complaint resolution.
Foster a diverse, performance-driven, and collaborative work environment.
Demonstrate strong leadership and actively mentor team members for growth.
