Chief Manager, Process, Tst & Senior Manager, Instrumentation, Commissioning Tst & Commissioning & Chief Manager - Instrumentation Qualification - B.E., Chemical Engineer with minimum experience of 25 years 1. He should be well versed with Municipal STPs, Industrial ETPs, Municipal WTPs and Zero Liquid Discharge plants. 2. Should be able to troubleshoot and guide site Team on various process at sites and also optimized chemical dosage and power consumption. 3. Should have good communication skills and should be able to guide and motivate the teams directly and indirectly reporting to him. 4. Should have skill sets to give training to people and auditing of Plants. Qualification - Graduate in Instrumentation Engineering with minimum experience of 20 to 25 years in any industry. 1. He will be well versed with different PLC platforms, field analyzers and automation of various packaged units. 2. Should be able to guide, trouble shoot and help the site team on various instrumentation and control systems, coordinating with various stack holders. 3. Should have good communication skills and should be able to guide and motivate the teams directly and indirectly reporting to him. 4. Should have skill sets to give training to people and auditing of Plants. Skill set: Operation and Process knowledge, troubleshooting of Water and Waste Water Treatment Plant and Tertiary treatment plant, Chemical and Power optimization, O&M Manual and Standard Operating Procedures preparation Skill set: Maintenance and troubleshooting of Electrical and Instrumentation, Knowledge on Substation Automation system and Special Analyzers, TOC, Sulphide, COD and BOD Analyzers.
