Job Description

  1. Proposal Development & Process Design

    :
    • Lead and manage the preparation of high-level, strategic O&M proposals for large-scale water treatment plants, focusing on process design, optimization, and sustainable maintenance strategies.
    • Leverage extensive experience in process engineering to design cost-effective and efficient O&M solutions for water treatment facilities, incorporating innovative technologies and best practices.
    • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, legal, and finance teams to ensure the proposal meets all client specifications and operational needs.
    • Prepare detailed, technical proposal documents that cover O&M strategies, process designs, project schedules, and financial estimates.

2. Cost Estimation & Process Optimization

    • Develop accurate cost estimates for O&M services, considering labor, materials, energy consumption, and maintenance schedules.
    • Lead the process of optimizing water treatment operations, recommending upgrades, implementing energy-efficient systems, and ensuring long-term operational sustainability.
    • Oversee the financial modeling for proposals, ensuring that the proposed solutions are competitive, profitable, and deliver value to both clients and the company.

3. Client Interaction & Stakeholder Coordination

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level client interactions during the proposal phase, providing technical leadership and answering complex process-related queries.
    • Foster strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and project partners to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the proposal process.
    • Conduct presentations and lead negotiations, demonstrating the companys ability to provide innovative, cost-effective, and reliable O&M solutions.

4. Proposal Strategy & Competitive Analysis

    • Drive the strategic direction of O&M proposals, aligning them with market trends, client needs, and the company’s long-term objectives.
    • Conduct in-depth competitor analysis, using market intelligence to create differentiated proposals that emphasize the company’s strengths and unique selling points.
    • Lead the development of value-added solutions, positioning the company as a leader in innovative, sustainable water treatment processes.

5.Post-Submission Support & Contract Transition

    • Provide senior-level support during the post-submission phase, managing client queries, negotiations, and contract discussions.
    • Oversee the transition from proposal development to project execution, ensuring that the project team fully understands the technical, operational, and financial requirements of the O&M solution.
