Chief Manager- Human Resources Business Partner

As the Lead HR Business Partner for Digital & Technology at Air India, you will be responsible for leading a team of HRBPs and collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence to support the airline's mission of becoming the world's most technologically advanced airline. Your role will involve developing and implementing world-class people practices, driving capability development, workforce planning, and fostering a high-performance culture to accelerate innovation and agility within the organization. In this key position, you will work closely with technology leaders to align talent strategy with business priorities, lead organization design initiatives, enhance leadership capability, drive employee engagement, and ensure the readiness of the workforce for the future. Your contribution will be instrumental in shaping the airline of the future by enabling a seamless integration of human resources strategies with the overall business objectives. The ideal candidate for this role will possess an MBA/PGDM qualification along with 12-18 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a technology-driven organization. You should have a deep understanding of talent strategy, workforce planning, and strong business acumen. Your ability to influence senior leaders through a data-driven and global mindset will be crucial in driving organizational success and achieving the goals set forth by Air India's Digital & Technology division.,
