Chief Manager- Account Payables and Payroll

You will be joining a leading Asset Management Company in Mumbai with 13 to 15 years of experience and an MBA Finance/ ICWA education background. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing actuarial valuations for leave encashment, gratuity, and PF calculations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. - Overseeing financial operations for the HODs with a skin-in-the-game approach, ensuring adherence to financial policies, prompt issue resolutions, and alignment with organizational goals. - Handling ESOP accounting and administration, including grants, vesting schedules, exercises, and managing the process post-employee resignation while maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external advisors to optimize ESOP processes. - Implementing best practices to streamline and automate reimbursement workflows, ensuring accurate documentation and audit readiness. - Developing dashboards and data visualizations for MIS reporting and analysis to enhance decision-making, collaborating with departments to gather relevant data and support the annual budgetary process. - Ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards, supporting audits by providing comprehensive documentation, and implementing audit recommendations to enhance financial processes. - Overseeing compliance with MF and LODR regulations related to salary, perquisites, and other compensation disclosures.,
