Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief General Manager - HR located in Trichur. The Chief General Manager - HR will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources, including implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, coordinating human resource development programs, and aligning HR strategy with organizational goals. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership to foster a positive workplace culture and driving organizational effectiveness through strategic HR management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR Policies and Human Resource Development
• Strong understanding of Employee Relations and ability to foster a positive work environment
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and organizational management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus
• Proven experience in a similar senior leadership HR role

The candidate should be ready to relocate to Trichur Kerala which is the corporate office of this Society.
