Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Formulate and execute financial strategies aligned with group growth across hospitals, diagnostics, and primary care.
• Advise management on capital allocation, profitability, and investments.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning linked to operational goals.

Financial Operations & Compliance

• Ensure accurate, transparent financial reporting and adherence to regulatory and audit norms.
• Oversee taxation, audits, and banking relations; strengthen internal controls and SOPs.

Costing & Performance Management

• Develop costing models for all service lines to drive profitability.
• Monitor inventory, margins, and variances; identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.

Operations, Procurement & Revenue Cycle

• Partner with operations to optimize manpower and patient care costs.
• Drive cost-efficient procurement and vendor management.
• Strengthen pricing, insurance, billing, and receivables processes to enhance cash flow.

Process Improvement & Systems

• Lead automation, ERP/HIS integration, and dashboard-based performance monitoring.
• Improve financial processes for accuracy, efficiency, and data-driven decisions.

Leadership & Team Development

• Build and mentor a capable finance team across units.
• Foster integrity, accountability, and collaboration across departments.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification:

  CA / ICWAI (Inter or Final).

• Experience:

  18 - 25 years in healthcare finance leadership.
• Expertise in costing, revenue cycle, CAPEX planning, and ERP/HIS systems.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
