Risk Management: - Identify and mitigate financial risks to the organization. - Oversee internal controls, audits, and financial risk assessments. 5. Team Leadership: - Lead and develop the finance team; ensure continuous improvement and professional development. - Foster a culture of accountability and performance within the finance department.
