Ensure financial stability, optimize resource allocation, and drive profitability while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The CFO provides strategic financial guidance to the executive team, supports business growth, and safeguards the company's financial health. Accountabilities for Financial Strategy & Reporting, Fund Raising Strategy & Execution, Budget Planning & Control, New project evaluation (Financial Feasibility & Risk Assessment), IPO, Treasury, Internal & External Audit, IT Management and Leadership & Relationship Management etc. Preferred candidate profile CA & CS with 20 to 25 years of experience from a listed manufacturing company. Operates in a dynamic business environment, balancing long-term financial planning with immediate fiscal challenges. In an increasingly competitive market, they must navigate regulatory changes, manage risk, and optimize financial performance amidst economic fluctuations. The CFO collaborates closely with the senior leaders to align financial strategies with the organizations overall goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
