Role & responsibilities - Manufacturing Strategy & manufacturing operations - Strategic Vendor Development, Procurement of Capex (Plant and Machinery), etc - ERP(SAP) Deployment - QMS Deployment - 5S Implementation and Audit - Review of Production Engineering Team - Responsible for Productivity Improvement - Responsible for Product Quality - Ensure smooth deliveries - Customer Handling and customer satisfaction - Inventory Management and Control - Production Planning and Execution Preferred candidate profile Academic background : Bachelors or Masters in Electrical and Electronics Engineering & Masters in Business Administration Age : Around 40 yrs Skills Required =========== - People Management & Leadership experience - Knowledge on Motor/Generator Manufacturing Process (Winding Process, Magnet Bonding, Encapsulation, Machining , Testing and Validation) - Knowledge of Drives and Controllers - Knowledge of Encoders - Knowledge of Electromagnetic Simulation and Analysis - Knowledge of Process Equipment (Encapsulation, Winding machine or HV tester, Megger, Dynamometer) - Customer interaction - Knowledge of Plant Maintenance - Spoken Languages : English & Hindi
