Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at EAPRO Global Ltd., you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company. Your primary responsibilities will include strategic financial management, accounting, governance, compliance, company secretarial activities, finance process automation, and stakeholder relationship management. In terms of strategic financial management, you will be tasked with preparing and managing the Annual Budget and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, monitoring Month-on-Month (MoM) financials, leading book closures, and conducting monthly management review meetings to provide detailed financial insights. You will also be responsible for overseeing the Annual Full Scope Statutory Audit, Quarterly Internal Audits, and ensuring effective CAPEX planning aligned with business objectives. In addition, you will drive a culture of zero-tolerance compliance across all financial and regulatory matters, maintain adherence to statutory requirements, and oversee the implementation of COBCE (Code of Business Conduct & Ethics). As part of company secretarial activities, you will anchor Board-related tasks such as meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-ups. Moreover, you will define and oversee finance automation and digitization initiatives, deploy tools and technologies for enhanced efficiency, and manage relationships with banks, audit firms, industry bodies, and analysts. To excel in this role, you should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 15 years of experience in finance leadership, possessing expertise in financial planning, accounting, audits, governance, and digital transformation. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment while upholding high ethical standards and a results-driven approach.
