Role & responsibilities

We are seeking experienced retired or semi-retired banking professionals to serve as Chief Financial Officers on either a part-time, fractional, or full-time basis. Ideal candidates will bring deep financial expertise, strategic insight, and strong governance capabilities developed through decades of leadership in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• • Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and forecasting.

• • Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

• • Support mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, or fundraising activities where applicable.
• • Mentor and develop the finance team, instilling best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• • 20+ years of experience in banking, finance, credit, treasury, or related sectors.
• • Former roles such as Bank Manager, Senior Credit Officer, CFO, Treasurer, Head of Corporate Banking, or Risk Executive.
• • Strong understanding of corporate finance, credit evaluation, risk assessment, and financial oversight.
• • Experience working with SMEs, mid-market companies, or large corporates (depending on your organizations needs).
• • Excellent leadership, communication, and advisory skills.
