Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Tax Compliance: Manage tax filings (GST, Income Tax, etc.) and ensure timely submission. Audit Management: Handle internal and external audits and ensure audit compliance. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and analyze variances. Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and policies. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them. Financial Advice: Provide strategic advice on financial planning, investments, and cost reduction. Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with [5] years of experience in accounting and finance in manufacturing industries. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, etc.). Strong knowledge of tax laws, auditing, and financial reporting standards.
