Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the company's electrical and mechanical engineering functions, including production planning, quality control, and maintenance.
Manage P&L responsibility for the organization, ensuring profitability through effective cost management and revenue generation.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence in gravity die casting, high pressure die casting (HPDC), low-pressure die casting (LPDC), and other related processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency gains.

Desired Candidate Profile

25-35 years of experience in aluminum foundry industry with expertise in electrical & mechanical engineering disciplines.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as B.Tech/B.E. (Electrical) or B.Tech/B.E. (Mechanical).
Proficiency in strategic planning and execution; ability to develop business plans aligned with organizational goals.
Strong understanding of gravity die casting, GDC, HPDC, LPDC, aluminium die casting, die casting processes.
