Candidate and job Profile (June 2025) TTP group is a large manufacturer of steel fabrication products including Distribution Radiators with over 80 % export with a Multi-national customer base and a turnover in excess of INR 150 billion. We are looking for an experienced professional who will be responsible for Manufacturing & operations as VP. Depending on performance, the candidate could be given the responsibilities as CEO over a period of time. The ideal candidate shall be a prudent manager with problem solving skills and an inspiring leader with a business acumen to power growth and profitability. Broad Responsibilities: Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission ¢ ¢ Aid the promoters in making investing decisions for growth and market leadership Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important stake holders. ¢ Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry Requirements and skills: ¢ Proven experience in a managerial position preferably middle or senior management level responsibilities in an Industry having about1000 to 1500 work force. ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc. Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and public speaking skills Proven ability to meet top line and bottom line. Qualification, Experience & Remuneration: ¢ ¢ ¢ Qualification: BE /B Tech, ME, M Tech /MBA /MS. (Preferably: Mechanical Engineer) Age: 38-42 years. Preferably from Karnataka/ TN or AP. Experience: 15 Years & above preferably in export-oriented fabrication industry with experience in welding technology & product quality in finishing. Should have handled middle or senior management level responsibilities in an Industry having about1000 to 1500 work force. ¢ Remuneration: commensurate with experience & performance.
