Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer Sales & Marketing to lead the development and execution of our sales and marketing strategies. The CEO will drive business growth, build and nurture client relationships, identify new opportunities, and represent GoGoal at industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and implement sales & marketing plans aligned with corporate objectives.

- Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, setting targets and monitoring performance.

- Cultivate relationships with key clients in the hydropower sector and pursue new business.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to shape offerings.

- Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

- Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and industry forums.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Minimum 25?years of experience in sales, strategic marketing, and business development within the hydropower or renewable?energy sector.

- Proven track record of securing large?scale hydro?project orders.

- Strong leadership and team?management skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

Our Expertise:

1. Electro?mechanical works for new hydro projects and RMU of existing power houses (Russian & European designs)

2. Manufacturing & overhauling of mechanical components (runner, guide wheel assembly, coolers, shaft, bearings, thrust pads, etc.)

3. Rewinding of hydro generators

4. Erection & commissioning of new hydropower houses

5. Operation & maintenance (O&M) of hydro power houses
