Pincodekart is looking for a passionate and growth-driven Chief Dukaandar Officer (CDO) to lead our retailer & shopkeeper (dukaandar) network across Udaipur (or candidates willing to relocate).

Key Responsibilities:
Build, manage & expand the dukaandar/retailer ecosystemDevelop strategies for onboarding, training & retention of shopkeepersStrengthen relationships with small businesses to drive sales & loyaltyCollaborate with sales & logistics teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• 7+ years of proven experience in retail, FMCG, or distribution leadership roles
• Strong expertise in channel development, vendor/retailer management
• Excellent leadership, communication & relationship-building skills
