Job Description

As an experienced Chief Cook in the offshore oil & gas industry, your role will involve preparing nutritious and hygienic meals for up to 100 personnel, including three main meals and snacks daily. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and prepare balanced meals for crew and staff (approx. 100 pax) - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley and food storage areas - Manage inventory of provisions and kitchen supplies - Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maritime regulations - Coordinate with offshore management for meal planning and dietary needs Qualifications Required: - Indian CDC (Continuous Discharge Certificate) Mandatory - Valid Passport Mandatory - Medically Fit to work onboard ships (Medical certificate required) - Minimum 3 years offshore experience in a similar role - Ability to work in multicultural environments and under pressure - Knowledge of Indian and international cuisines preferred In this role, you will be working in rotation schedules as per project requirements at various locations including Indian waters and international offshore sites.
