Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive branding strategy that aligns with the College's mission and objectives. This will involve overseeing all marketing and communication efforts to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms. Your role will also focus on enhancing student and community engagement through innovative outreach programs and initiatives, as well as collaborating with academic departments to highlight academic offerings and achievements. Additionally, you will manage public relations efforts to improve the visibility and reputation of the institution. To inform brand development and engagement strategies, you will analyze market trends and consumer insights. Leading a team of marketing professionals and coordinating efforts with external vendors may be necessary, along with reporting on branding and engagement performance metrics to the senior leadership team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy aligned with the College's mission. - Oversee marketing and communication efforts for consistent messaging. - Enhance student and community engagement through innovative programs. - Collaborate with academic departments to showcase academic offerings. - Manage public relations to improve institution visibility and reputation. - Analyze market trends and consumer insights for strategy development. - Lead a team of marketing professionals and coordinate external efforts. - Report on branding and engagement performance metrics to senior leadership. **Qualifications Required:** - Master's degree in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration (M.A./M.B.A.) or related field. - Minimum of 4 years of branding or marketing experience, preferably in education. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Proficiency in data analysis for strategic decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to think creatively and execute innovative branding campaigns. - Experience with digital marketing strategies and engagement tools. - Strong understanding of higher education landscape and trends.,
