Chief Agronomist

We are looking for a highly skilled Chief Agronomist with a minimum of three years of experience in hydroponic farming, specializing in crops such as cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, capsicum and leafy varieties. The role requires strong expertise in controlled environment agriculture, nutrient management, crop planning, and sustainable practices to ensure consistent, high-quality yields.

The Chief Agronomist will be responsible for developing and executing crop production strategies, monitoring plant health, and managing fertigation schedules while ensuring optimal use of resources. They will also lead the technical team by training farm staff, standardizing operating procedures, and implementing innovative agronomic techniques to enhance productivity. In addition, they will oversee pest and disease management, analyze performance data, and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, or Agricultural Sciences and possess hands-on experience in commercial hydroponics. Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with modern greenhouse technology and automation systems are essential.
