Global Delivery (GD) Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Vice President-2 Who we are looking for Global Delivery is a critical part of the business operations at State Street. We have around 30,000 staff various locations around the world including our key hubs in EMEA, APAC and North America and our global hubs in Hangzhou, China, Krakow and Gdansk in Poland and Bangalore, Hyderabad and Mumbai in India. In India the number is around 14000. Functionally, we are the backbone and nerve center supporting the entire investment servicing lifecycle across our key asset classes and a wide spectrum of investment servicing products. We are looking for a Vice President to join the Chief Administrative Office team for GD in India, based out of Bangalore, India, who will be supporting and steering the GD India vision and strategy by partnering closely with the India leadership team. This will include bringing to the table a strategic mindset, converting vision and thought leadership into meaningful and impactful presentations to senior leadership, multitasking and effectively influencing senior stakeholders. In this role, you will report directly to the Managing Director if GD India CAO and work very closely with India head of Global Delivery. In your role, you will drive the execution of strategy and growth plans; plus support the governance and oversight for GD India. What you will be responsible for As Global Delivery Operations CAO – Vice President-2 you will Ability to partner with multiple seniors and stakeholders effectively to drive the GD India strategy forward. Drive and assist to successfully plan, manage, and execute the priorities and a variety of initiatives defined for the business unit. Proficient in independently translating a vision into impactful presentations with mastery of both written and oral communication. Overcomes obstacles by self-identifying alternatives, developing useful multiple alternative solutions concurrently, and converging on a selected alternative once obstacle has been cleared. Ability to demonstrate strategic mindset by analyzing data and presenting it a manner that satisfies needs of stakeholders across all levels of the organization including senior management. Ability to create executive-level presentations with experienced in written communications for executive reviews. Adept at negotiating and handling difficult situations effectively. Must be analytical in problem-solving and decision-making and be comfortable in defining and implementing data driven decision-making processes. Coordinate completion of functional reporting; Including preparing materials with key metrics and insights Track YTD headcount, budget, attrition and reporting on potential challenges of Hiring /resources OKRs tracking and updates and support with driving governance for the organization. Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, tableau, SharePoint) Excellent communications skills, written and verbal and great presentation skills. Executive presence, managing with influence and effective communication across stakeholder groups both regionally and globally Ability to focus on multiple, time-sensitive activities without compromising the quality of work. Highly proactive person who demonstrates initiative and ownership and can work with little direction on complicated, sensitive assignments. Experience working in a global environment and with organizational change. Embed risk excellence culture across the teams & encourage and drive a culture of change and ideation Education & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and an advanced degree in Business Administration or other related field Possess excellent communications skills with evidence of successful leadership and administrative/supervisory experience 14+ years of experience in a COO / CAO role across the banking industry Highly skilled in Power point and other prominent Microsoft offerings. Proven ability to analyze trends, encourage and make recommendations for creative change Results-oriented individual with the persistence and patience necessary to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external constituents Demonstrated ability to partner with senior level staff, middle management and administrative divisions. Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and lead team efforts Strong numerical ability, analytical, interpersonal, written, and oral presentations skills Attention to detail and a flair for numbers Demonstrate skills in problem assessment and resolution as well as collaborative problem solving in a complex setting required
