We currently operate in Mumbai & Thane and are looking for passionate and patient chess coaches to join our journey in creating future champions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging chess coaching sessions for kids (Group & Personal sessions) Teach foundational concepts in an easy-to-understand manner Develop a supportive, encouraging, and disciplined learning environment Assess and track student progress regularly Prepare students for chess tournaments and competitions Communicate with parents regarding student development Create lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to suit each child’s pace Assist in organizing in-house tournaments, camps, or online sessions (as needed) Requirements: Basic knowledge of Chess Prior experience in teaching/coaching kids is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for chess and teaching Punctuality and commitment to time slots Ability to handle both online and offline classes (as preferred) Perks: Flexible work hours Opportunity to grow with the academy as we expand to other locations Chance to coach in schools, centers, and tournaments Performance-based incentives and promotions Show more Show less
