Aragen Academy is dedicated to nurturing young talent by providing industry-aligned training programs that bridge the gap between academic learning and professional expertise. As a Lab faculty under the Aragen Academy, incumbent will give comprehensive training in organic and medicinal chemistry techniques .This program is designed to provide hands-on laboratory experience and prepare candidates for long-term careers in pharmaceutical research and development. Preferred candidate profile Strong academic foundation in synthetic organic chemistry. Basic knowledge of instrumentation and analytical techniques. Good communication skills and eagerness to train in a professional lab setting. Prior experience in a chemistry lab. Familiarity with chemical databases and reaction planning software Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
