Chemistry Teacher (ICSE Middle School)

A Chemistry Teacher for an ICSE middle school (typically grades 6-8) will plan and deliver engaging chemistry lessons, conduct experiments, and assess student understanding. They'll also manage the lab, maintain records, and potentially assist with other school-related activities. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Develop and implement ICSE-aligned lesson plans for chemistry, considering different learning styles and student needs. Instruction & Delivery: Teach chemistry concepts through lectures, discussions, and interactive methods, ensuring students grasp the material. Laboratory Management: Supervise and conduct chemistry experiments safely and effectively, ensuring students use equipment correctly and follow protocols. Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student work, provide constructive feedback, and track their progress. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress. Other Duties: Assist with administrative tasks, attend parent-teacher conferences, and participate in school events.
