Board: CBSE Experience:4 years till 10 years Classes: 9th Std till 12 th Std Requirements: Assist the management in developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and encourage student participation. Support classroom management to create a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and respect. Facilitate laboratory experiments and hands-on activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and providing guidance to students. Evaluate student performance through assessments, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop interdisciplinary projects that enhance the chemistry curriculum. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any areas needing improvement. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and practices in science education.
