Position Overview:

Kanika’s Nursing Academy is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Chemistry Tutor to teach Class XI and XII Chemistry concepts relevant to nursing entrance examinations. The ideal candidate will simplify complex topics, design engaging learning sessions, and help students achieve conceptual clarity and exam success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry as per Class XI–XII syllabus aligned with B.Sc. Nursing Entrance and related exams.
• Conduct interactive sessions (offline and online) to ensure conceptual understanding.
• Prepare topic-wise notes, test papers, and mock examinations.
• Hold revision and doubt-clearing sessions for students.
• Evaluate student performance through regular assessments and feedback.
• Coordinate with the academic team to integrate Chemistry content into the overall entrance preparation module.
• Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and question trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or equivalent.
• Experience:
• Prior experience in teaching Chemistry for entrance exams or school level preferred (freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply).
• Skills Required:
• In-depth understanding of Chemistry concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and mentoring skills.
• Passion for teaching and guiding nursing aspirants.

Employment Type:

• Part-Time / Full-Time / Contractual (Flexible options available)

Remuneration:

• Competitive salary based on qualification, experience, and teaching proficiency.
• (Indicative range: ₹5,000 – ₹20,000 per month for part-time engagement)
