A HOPE CLASSES is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Chemistry Faculty member to teach students the foundational and advanced concepts of chemistry. The ideal candidate should have strong command over the subject, the ability to conduct engaging lessons, and a passion for student success. Key Responsibilities Teach topics such as atomic structure, chemical reactions, periodic table, and organic/inorganic chemistry[2][4]. Prepare lesson plans, deliver lectures, and facilitate discussions and lab activities[3]. Assess student understanding through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations. Guide students in laboratory experiments while ensuring safety protocols are followed[4]. Support students with academic advising and mentorship. Stay updated with advancements in chemical science and teaching methods. Qualifications and Skills Master’s degree in Chemistry or related field (M.Sc./Ph.D. preferred). Teaching experience in academic institutions is desirable. Strong communication and laboratory management skills. Familiarity with educational tools and e-learning platforms is an advantage.
