Job Description

A HOPE CLASSES is looking for a passionate and qualified Mathematics Faculty member to deliver engaging and effective math instruction. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, a student-centric approach, and the ability to teach mathematical concepts across various levels. Key Responsibilities Plan and teach mathematics lessons aligned with academic standards for different grade levels[2]. Develop lesson plans, assignments, tests, and other learning materials[1]. Monitor and assess student performance through quizzes, exams, and class participation[4]. Provide one-on-one guidance and academic support to students as needed. Create a positive and interactive classroom environment that encourages student learning. Stay current with curriculum developments and pedagogical trends[5]. Qualifications and Skills Master’s degree in Mathematics or related field (M.Sc./Ph.D. preferred). Prior teaching experience is desirable. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Familiarity with digital teaching tools is an added advantage.
