Chemicals Sales Manager

As a Techno-Commercial Sales Executive in the Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care raw materials sales team, your role involves promoting and selling raw materials to customers in the industry. You should have a strong technical background to provide necessary support and guidance to customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers - Meeting with Scientists & Procurement teams to introduce & promote raw materials - Providing technical support and guidance on the selection and use of raw materials - Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities - Preparing and delivering sales presentations - Negotiating contracts and agreements - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Maintaining accurate records of sales activities in the company's CRM system - Attending industry events and trade shows to promote company products and services Qualifications required for this position are: - Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in sales of raw materials to Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care product manufacturers - Strong technical knowledge of raw materials and their applications - Fluent in regional language, English, and Hindi - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - Willingness to travel as needed If you are passionate about sales and possess a strong technical background in Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care raw materials, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
