As a Sales Manager at Elchemy, your responsibilities include generating new business opportunities in the US market, particularly in the Personal Care and Flavors and Fragrance Industry. You will lead a sales team, set revenue targets, collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies aligned with global directives, negotiate contracts with key accounts, create proposals and presentations, manage existing customers, and ensure customer satisfaction through operational efficiency and effective communication. This role plays a significant part in driving Elchemy's growth in the US market, establishing a strong presence in the Personal Care, Flavors & Fragrance sectors, and securing long-term business success.
