Chief Manager - Electrical Engineering

Role Overview: You will be responsible for delivering all engineering projects across the site, including infrastructure, formulations, packaging, site utilities, and facilities. Your key stakeholders will be internal departments such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and EHS, as well as external stakeholders like Vendors, Consultants, and Auditors. Key Responsibilities: - Work autonomously and make decisions with limited guidance. - Collaborate with external engineering consultants to drive design deliverables on schedule. - Review and issue tenders ensuring alignment with project scope and customer requirements. - Prepare tender evaluations, liaise with purchasing, and drive order placement. - Expedite orders and address Post Tender Questions through liaison with key project stakeholders. - Supervise site installations and commissioning works. - Drive validation activities and participate in the validation process for facility readiness. - Develop concept engineering proposals and budget costings. - Agree on engineering user requirements and scope of works with internal and external clients. - Prepare project estimates based on user requirements and scope developed for projects. - Oversee cost control of project budgets once approved. - Prepare project programs and monitor progress against milestones. Qualifications: - Bachelor of Degree in Engineering with specialization in Electrical or Instrumentation.
