Chemical Plant Operator | AOCP

Oversee day-to-day operations of API production processes and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for the production of APIs. Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements to increase yield and reduce costs. Participate in scale-up and tech transfer of new molecules from R&D to production. Develop and review batch manufacturing records (BMRs), SOPs, and validation protocols. Collaborate with Quality, R&D, EHS, and Maintenance departments to ensure seamless operations. Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, EHS, and other regulatory guidelines. Support audits by regulatory bodies and customers. Maintain documentation as per regulatory and company requirements. Train and mentor plant operators and junior engineers.
