• Oversee daily batching operations and ensure accurate proportioning of Cement, Lime, Gypsum, Aluminium and other additives as per approved mix design.
• Monitor slurry preparation parameters such as viscosity, temperature, density, pH and adjust formulations in real-time for consistent output.
• Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials and maintain quality logs, batch reports, and traceability records.
• Optimize chemical reactions and aeration for proper rising and minimize rejection due to cracks, density variation, or improper cutting.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance and cutting teams to ensure smooth mould turnaround and cycle time efficiency.
• Implement and continually improve SOPs for batching, dosing calibration, and chemical safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
