The Chief Engineer is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all engineering and maintenance functions of the property. With over 10 years of extensive technical expertise and proven management experience, the Chief Engineer ensures optimal performance of building systems, guest facilities, and equipment while driving cost efficiency, safety, sustainability, and service excellence.
This role demands a strategic leader who can manage large teams, coordinate with vendors, and lead major repair, maintenance, and capital projects. The Chief Engineer will also ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental policies, while contributing to long-term operational goals of the property.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
