Chef/Waiter

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure proper presentation and portion control
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in menu planning and recipe development (if required)
• Monitor stock levels and communicate supply needs
• Ensure efficient workflow during peak hours
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver timely service

Requirements

• Experience as a Chef, Cook, or similar kitchen role
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Food safety certification (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long hours
• Basic math skills for handling payments
