Chef

If you’re a chef with 2-4 years of experience in high-volume or cafes, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to grow, this role is for you. As a chef you'll play a key role in maintaining quality, and enhancing the dining experience with creativity and precision.

Please note that this is a full time on site job in Goregaon East, Mumbai - India.

Responsibilities

• Execute dishes as per standardized recipes, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
• Monitor portion sizes and plating to meet quality standards.
• Prepare dishes such as cold coffees, pizzas, sandwiches and burgers.
• Coordinate with vendors for proper stock receiving, storage, and inventory management.
• Conduct quality checks on received goods, expiration verification, and rejecting substandard items.
• Track ingredient usage, minimize waste, and optimize stock levels.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety within the kitchen.
