Chef (House & South Indian Food Specialist)

You will be responsible for: - Prepare a variety of South Indian dishes (veg & non-veg) with authentic taste. - Cook diet food meals as per health/dietary needs. - Prepare and serve fresh fruits, salads, and light snacks. - Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen. - Manage grocery items, plan menus, and minimize food wastage. - Ensure timely meal preparation (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Qualifications required: - Proven experience as a Chef/Cook with expertise in South Indian cuisine. - Knowledge of veg, non-veg, diet food, fruits & salads preparation. - Ability to plan balanced meals. - Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety. - Flexible and efficient in daily cooking needs.
