Chef (House & South Indian Food Specialist)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of South Indian dishes (veg & non-veg) with authentic taste.
• Cook diet food meals as per health/dietary needs.
• Prepare and serve fresh fruits, salads, and light snacks.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Manage grocery items, plan menus, and minimize food wastage.
• Ensure timely meal preparation (breakfast, lunch, dinner).

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef/Cook with expertise in South Indian cuisine.
• Knowledge of veg, non-veg, diet food, fruits & salads preparation.
• Ability to plan balanced meals.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Flexible and efficient in daily cooking needs.

Salary: Best in industry (based on experience).Age Limit: Within 50 years.
