Role Overview: You are responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and upholding the brand promise at all times. Your role involves providing excellent service to internal customers, handling guest complaints and inquiries efficiently, and ensuring the assigned station/section is maintained in a clean and orderly manner. Additionally, you will oversee food preparation, train employees, suggest menu items, and ensure the implementation of company standards.
