Chef de Partie- Bakery

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie – Bakery to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and producing high-quality baked goods, pastries, and desserts, maintaining consistency, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, bake, and present a wide range of bakery products including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal product creation.
• Monitor the quality, freshness, and presentation of all bakery items.
• Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in the bakery area.
• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff as needed.
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients and finished products.
• Collaborate with other kitchen teams to meet production schedules and customer demand.
• Contribute to minimizing wastage while maximizing efficiency.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a bakery or pastry kitchen as CDP.
• Strong knowledge of bakery techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Experience in preparing a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts.
• Familiarity with food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Culinary qualification or equivalent training preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
