As a Chef De Cuisine at our Specialty Restaurant, your role is to bring to life the culinary vision that leaves a lasting impression on our guests. Your expertise in Chinese cuisine will be the cornerstone of our menu offerings, ensuring each meal is a delightful experience for our diners. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our kitchen operations and leading a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to over 100 guests daily. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse, encompassing tasks such as creating visually appealing and delicious dishes, overseeing kitchen operations, mentoring your team to excel in their roles, soliciting and addressing guest feedback, and collaborating with the Executive Chef to plan special events in the restaurant. To excel in this position, we are looking for a culinary professional with a degree or certificate in culinary arts and a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef De Cuisine. Your passion for Chinese cuisine, attention to detail, and leadership skills will be instrumental in your success in this role.
