A Chef de Partie (CDP), or Station Chef, is a crucial role in a professional kitchen, responsible for managing a specific section or station. They oversee the preparation and cooking of dishes within their designated area, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency. CDPs also play a role in training junior staff and maintaining high standards of hygiene and

  • Section Management:CDPs take charge of a specific area in the kitchen, such as the grill, sauce station, pastry section, or a particular cuisine type.
  • Food Preparation and Cooking:They prepare ingredients, cook dishes according to established recipes and standards, and ensure consistent quality and presentation.
  • Quality Control:They monitor food quality, taste, and presentation, ensuring adherence to the restaurant's standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
