Role & responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve healthy, hygienic, and tasty meals.
  • Plan weekly menus based on seasonal.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Monitor food inventory and coordinate with the Admin Department for procurement.
  • Ensure proper storage of raw materials and cooked food.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations strictly.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Native of

    Uttarakhand

    (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in professional cooking or kitchen management.
  • Basic knowledge of nutrition, hygiene standards, and food presentation.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
  • Discipline, reliability, and good interpersonal behavior.
