Job Description

  • Prepare and cook Continental dishes such as pasta, steaks, grills, salads, sauces, and baked items.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control.
  • Develop new recipes and menus in line with customer preferences and seasonal availability.
  • Monitor kitchen inventory, request supplies, and minimize food wastage.
  • Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards as per HACCP guidelines.
  • Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Coordinate with service staff for smooth order execution.
  • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food during busy operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
