We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef with expertise in Chinese and Continental cuisine to join our 5 Star restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality Chinese and Continental dishes.
Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.Plan menus and assist with new dish development.Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness at all times.Manage kitchen operations efficiently and reduce food wastage.Coordinate with the bakery team for smooth daily operations.
Minimum 1–3 years preferred (experience in bakery or cafe kitchens is an advantage)
