Job Description

Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skill level) Job Summary We are looking for skilled and passionate Chefs with expertise in Indian and Continental cuisines. Both roles are equally important and will contribute significantly to our kitchen operations. The ideal candidates must be creative, reliable, and capable of preparing high-quality meals while maintaining hygiene and kitchen standards. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and cook authentic Indian and/or Continental dishes as per menu and quality standards. • Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner, meeting both taste and presentation expectations. • Manage food stock and supplies efficiently to minimize wastage. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times. • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. • Innovate and introduce new dishes to the menu occasionally. • Comply with food safety regulations and kitchen protocols. Requirements • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in Indian and/or Continental cuisine. • Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment. • Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards. • Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and flexibility with work timings. • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred • Qualification from a culinary institute is a plus, but not mandatory.
