Degree in Hotel management or any relevant qualification related to Food preparation Experience: At least 3 to 5 Years in Food Industry. (Preferred: Experience in consumer food Products like RTE / Sauces) JOB DESCRIPTION (1) Culinary Expertise: A strong understanding of cooking techniques, food preparation, and various cuisines. (2) Expertise in developing new Food products in all catetry respective countries (regions) especially sauces, curries, paste, ready to eat, Chutneys, Salads etc. And country wise famous category foods in (3) Expertise in Duplicating the reference products at its max level (4) Good understanding of Customer feedback on samples and capable to replicate the sample as per Customers feed back (5) Expertise in New innovations and new product development (6) Well awareness of Product characteristics Like color, flavour, taste and preservatives (7) Well awareness about the parameters / precautions required to get a long shelf life to the Product (8) Well awareness about deterioration of product and capability to correct it (9) Good Communication skills
