Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Checker located in Chennai. The Checker will be responsible for reviewing engineering drawings and models for accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include verifying dimensions, materials, and assembly instructions, ensuring consistency between drawings and specifications, collaborating with engineering teams, and preparing reports on discrepancies. The Checker will also provide feedback for continuous improvement and maintain detailed records of checking activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Structural Steel Detailing and Connection Design
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing engineering drawings
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with engineering teams
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, or sports facilities industries is a plus
